About Parks International
Parks International Limited is a full service construction company domiciled in Tobago providing building construction and related services primarily to the government and its related agencies for the past thirteen (13) years.
On July 3rd , 2006 the company was awarded its first public tender to construct seven (7) single family housing units in the Roxborough Housing development and since then we have completed over fifty (50) housing units inclusive of town houses and several commercial buildings most notably, the Agricultural Development Bank, the Water and Sewerage Authority Regional Office Building and the Heritage Pavilion, all significant land marks in Tobago.
The company has continued to grow in stature as it continues to successfully tender for jobs on the open market. In 2015 our company was awarded the “Contractor of the Year” for 2015 for Building Construction and Civil Works, Small Contractor by the Trinidad and Tobago Contractors Association for the construction of the Heritage Pavilion located at Pigeon Point, Tobago.
Our project team comprises professionals with disciplines in Building Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying, MEP Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering, Health Safety and Environment, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Procurement and the like.
Together our project team has in excess of 150 years of project experience. We have worked well together over the years and the synergy created have resulted in a unique blend of professionalism and enthusiasm as each professional is able to exercise his/her specific discipline undergirded with the same shared values of being performance driven, visionary and dedicated to serving the interest of the Client first.
The Company’s principal activity involves the management and execution of several types of projects namely:
• Construction of residential buildings;
• Construction of commercial buildings;
• Infrastructural development specifically road-works, drainage, water and sewerage installation;
• Other civil works to include Installation of underground electricals and related infrastructure;
• Land acquisition for the development of housing projects;
• Redesigning and renovation of commercial office spaces and residential buildings.

Under Mr. Parks’ astute leadership the company has been able to differentiate itself from its competitors by offering affordable building solutions to clients while adding value through timely execution and personalized attention to details, thereby delivering a high quality product to the satisfaction of its clientele.
Mr. Parks brings over twenty (24) years experience in the Construction industry and personally oversees the areas of Procurement, Quality Control, Sales and Marketing and is the company’s official Liaison with Government and State Agencies.
