The Hyder Park development is located in Patience Hill, Tobago. Patience Hill lies approximately six (6) km north west of Scarborough and eight (8) km north east of the Crown Point airport. Winchester Trace runs eastwards of Patience Hill Road from LP# 566 to the Orange Hill Road.
